Process:

1. Meeting with project sponsor to agree on objectives and timetable

2. MVC creates project team in cooperation with sponsor
    a. Brainstorm all tasks for project
    b. Create project timetable including milestone dates and agree on interdependancies
    c. Set project review meetings
    d. Clarify project resource to ensure sufficient
    e. Daily updates on outstanding issues
    f. Management of project review meetings reportig to project sponsor
    g. Project delivery

  • Project Trek: Greene King PLC wanted to identify the optimum number of distribution centres that should be operated and where they should be located.

    Following a strategic review, 3 distribution centres in Rayleigh, Kings Cross and Tunbridge Wells were closed with a new design & build warehouse opened in Crayford.

    The project, involving intensive discussions with the TGWU, was delivered on-time with no production days lost.

  • Supply Chain KPI system for Enso Gutzeit in Helsinki: Whilst being based in Finland I created and implemented a Supply Chain performance measurement system creating logistical visibility across several mill operations

  • Business development/lead generation: Have work on several projects with a lead generation company called Code-Red www.code-red.co
  • Getting contact details or specialist contact lists in order to send further information.
  • Arranging appointments between the client company and an appropriate, decision-making contact.
  • Identifying alternative interests with the end customer such as receiving newsletters or invitations to seminars.
  • Research part-qualified leads, such as responses to off-the-page, phone or web enquiries.
